Kyle Rawls has over 16 years of real estate experience. Growing up in a real estate family, his knowledge of the business is extensive. He has successfully built businesses in three market centers within Texas and Minnesota and now California. With a breadth of Real Estate experience including luxury homes and urban condos, Kyle has developed the techniques, systems, and models required to guarantee buyer success in an ever changing market. Kyle finds joy in providing fanatical client care always with the desire to put his clients needs first. With a background in coaching and training, his ability to connect with clients, listen to their needs and find them their home is natural and a true pleasure. Couple that with experience working in the dynamic Northern California Peninsula market and you have a personal champion who gets the job done with heart and a lot of fun! When not helping clients, Kyle loves spending time with his husband Paul and dog Hugo, driving up and down the coast exploring new communities. Kyle is a true Texan at heart but loves everything about the Bay Area and looks forward to starting & raising a family in this wonderful area.
