Director of Operations

Born and raised on the Peninsula, Marisa is a creative, resourceful and detail-oriented professional with over twelve years of outstanding retail management, event design and planning experience.

Marisa was a recognized leader and All Star while at Nordstrom Inc for eight years, shaping her philosophy on the importance of providing above and beyond customer service and providing her clients with a seamless transaction. She honed her expertise working with a variety of clientele at the Hillsdale, Valley Fair and SF Centre locations.

Her expertise in event design and event management gives her the edge to provide creative solutions and out of the box thinking when it comes to providing the best service to her clients. Marisa’s attention to detail and the ability to confidently grasp the big picture was perfected in her time in the event industry. Her organizational skills came in handy while simultaneously designing and planning over 30 events at a time.

Marisa’s integrity, detailed eye and passion for helping others is a perfect fit for Caroline’s team where the motto is “Excellence always, in all ways”.

As Director of Operations, Marisa will apply all her skills to contribute to the team’s culture, grow relationships within our network and support clients through the process with ease.
