About Menlo Park

Considered to be among the most educated cities in the United States, much of Menlo Park's activity is centered around the companies on Sand Hill Road consisting of venture capital, private equity, financial services, law, and investment firms focused on technology.  Facebook and SRI International are also among the many thriving companies based in Menlo Park.  From quaint streets to sprawling homes, Menlo Park has been named among CNN's 15 Best Places To Live for the Young and Rich.

Menlo’s downtown hub is located along Santa Cruz Avenue.  The trendy destinations that line the street include ice cream and coffee shops, clothing and interior design stores, dry cleaners, a drug store, an epicurean grocery, and more.  The Menlo Park Caltrain Station is positioned just across El Camino Real, immediately adjacent to Kepler’s Bookstore and Café Borrone, one of city’s most beloved outdoor dining venues.  The Menlo Park Civic Center is also located nearby, featuring the local library, duck pond, playground, sports fields, skate park, and community pool.  The newly constructed Arrillaga Family Gymnasium completes the Center’s incomparable potential for recreational enjoyment.
