Excellent communication skills are essential to negotiate transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers, advise them on market conditions and pricing structures, and provide advice to sellers on how best to present their property on market. Extensive knowledge of mortgage loan processes, appraisals, legal documents, and closing procedures is imperative.
