Julian specializes in residential real estate, from single-family to multi-unit properties. Whether they’re first-time homebuyers or investors, he knows how to guide his clients into winning their next home.

Though born in San Francisco, Julian spent most of his life on the peninsula, where he currently resides. He studied Business and Finance in college, but throughout those years, he’s worked many memorable positions in the hospitality industry. Having had those experiences, coupled with continuous, self-taught real estate education, he decided to embrace his interpersonal communication skills and follow his passion into the real estate profession.

His entrepreneurial spirit was heavily influenced by his father, Edgar, who emigrated from the Philippines. After graduating from business school, he was driven to excel in new territory. Even as a young child, Julian was able to see the hard work, grit, and likable persona his father displayed on a daily basis. This led him to exceed his company’s customer service standards and become an award-winning salesman in his region. Julian wanted to follow in those footsteps, and real estate has organically given him the opportunity to succeed in similar fashion by being able to foster invaluable, lasting relationships with his clients.



In his spare time, Julian loves to rock climb, be outdoors, and shoot photography and videography on his Canon DSLR camera. He also enjoys nurturing his energy by eating incredible cuisine and delivering puns that make his friends and family laugh… 97% of the time.
