Meet Nicole

Nicole Johns serves as our Director of Homes and Design, where she works hand-in-hand with our listing team to elevate homes and bring our clients greater returns on their real estate investments.

With her finger on the pulse of the latest design trends, Nicole creates a vision for your home that will catch the attention of buyers who demand a move-in-ready home! Nicole oversees all aspects of our properties, from coordinating inspectors, designers, contractors, stagers, and other partner resources. She also serves as a primary conduit for communication, flowing information from our team to our clients on the progress of bringing their homes to market. Nicole is a licensed real estate agent, as well.

Prior to joining the Caroline K. Huo Group, Nicole worked in the healthcare field under the umbrella of hospice for 6 years. Here, she managed compassionate professionals that care for end-of-life patients. Through this experience, she honed skills that allow her to connect with individuals and their unique situations, understand their needs, and plan for providing care and services.
