If there's ever anything needed from you, we prepare you for that in advance and help you navigate any questions.

Curated Communication
Our Listing Team will communicate any appointments, progress, listing prep or key decisions that need to be made. Communicated to you by email, text, or however you prefer.

Listing Calendar
To keep track of the entire process, from preparation to close, we create a calendar that includes all appointments and key dates to keep you informed - this is always client accessible.

Weekly Update
Every Monday our listing team provides an update on your home, so you're always in the loop an well informed. Our goal is to answer your questions before you have them.

Buyer Activity Log
Real time tracking of all potential buyer interactions at open houses, broker's tours, and private showing. Includes feedback and potential decisions - this is always client accessible.

Offer Matrix
Our proprietary tool to manage multiple offers for your property. It consolidates the key elements of the offer so that we can effectively negotiate and review them together to spot the best offer for your goals.
